I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room layout for the suite two-bedroom jacuzzi suite was perfect. The view from the room was amazing and well worth the premium upgrade. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was really helpful, and the gentleman who checked us in was always great and remembered me from previous visits. The hotel is conveniently located close to most attractions, right in the middle of everything. it was a wonderful getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Niagara Falls. The location was perfect as it was conveniently connected to Fallsview casino and there were many dining options nearby. We were able to see both the American and Canadian Falls from our premium fall view room, which had a pretty good view despite the partial obstruction from the hotel itself. Being on the 14th floor, we enjoyed the scenic view of the falls and surrounding cities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was nothing but great. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were glad to have easy access to transportation and parking.

The hotel staff members were great. Clean facility with beautiful decor. Close to everything, including the casino. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we were also able to see the American waterfall. Good experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite with Fall View in the North Tower was perfect for my family trip. The view of both falls from the window was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was ideal as we could easily walk down to the falls at any time. Plus, there were Starbucks and an ice cream store inside the hotel, which was a bonus. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus for outdoor parking, although we mostly walked to the most crowded areas without any issue. Having a jacuzzi in the room was a wonderful added touch.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location not far from the Falls, and staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were top-notch. We loved the proximity to the Falls and other Niagara attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
