During my 18-night stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. The hotel facilities, including the gym and rooftop lap pool, were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, allowing me to explore the Waterfront area in Vancouver and visit all the main attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our small children. The staff was wonderful and made our children feel comfortable. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was abundant and of good quality. The location was convenient as it was close to the Skytrain, shopping malls, and Crystal mall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and even printed our PCR test results for us quickly and without any charges. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of food and beverage options nearby, including the Crystal Mall with its amazing food court for authentic Chinese cuisine. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's proximity to the Metropolis and MRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee counter were delightful perks, and the renovated rooms were spacious, quiet, and had comfortable beds. the hotel had excellent cleanliness, convenient parking, and friendly staff.
