I loved the hotel’s cleanliness and friendly staff. Alexis at the front desk was super helpful, and Alexander, the concierge, gave great tips for getting around. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Times Square and easy access to the subway. Breakfast had good options like oatmeal and fresh fruit, which I appreciated.
