We had a great experience at the hotel; the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, promptly moving us to a quieter room when we encountered an issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the paid parking available. We also found it convenient to have the metro within walking distance, making our travels around the city effortless.
