I loved the hotel's cleanliness, and the updated common areas really added to its charm. The location was perfect for exploring Central Park and the Upper West Side, with a fantastic pastry shop attached, making morning coffee and treats so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist, and there were many nice restaurants, bakeries, and bars nearby for a delightful stay.

It was an easy walk to Central Park, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We also enjoyed breakfast from the nearby bakery.
