I had a great experience at the hotel, as the location was really central and close to everything in the downtown area. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and I appreciated the nice balcony that offered a relaxing view.

I found the hotel to be in a central location, making it really easy to explore everything this city has to offer. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond; Fredrick at the front office was particularly patient, which I appreciated even though his English was limited. The comfortable balcony was a perfect spot to unwind, and the air conditioning in my basic room on the second floor worked well.
