The hotel was sparkling clean and the staff were outstanding. The location is perfect, very close to Chapultepec Park and museums. The attention to detail during meals was impressive, and the room service was fantastic.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially during meals at Los Canarios, where I enjoyed delightful breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions. the hotel's prime location allowed easy access to nearby museums, historic sites, and the beautiful Bosque Chapultepec, making my visit even more enjoyable.
