The facilities were top-notch, especially with the communal spa and laundry options available. The complimentary sake in the evening added a lively atmosphere, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also catered to my dietary needs. The friendly staff were also incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, thanks to its superb location just steps away from the historic old town, making it ideal for strolling and sightseeing. The cleanliness was impeccable, with thorough deep cleaning and attentive light cleaning during our stay. The facilities were top-notch, particularly the onsen, which offered a tranquil escape after a long day of exploring, complete with complimentary popsicles.
