I loved staying at the hotel, which is located in a historic Victorian-era building with stunning architectural details. The proximity to everything in the heart of downtown was perfect for my activities, and the galleria-style arcade made for a charming atmosphere. The staff was attentive, providing prompt valet parking, and I enjoyed the relaxing vibes in the restaurant.

We loved the spacious, clean rooms with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, and the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to tons of restaurants, the casino, and the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to our pleasant experience. The charming arcade atmosphere really made it feel special!
