I had an incredible stay at the hotel, where staff like Chaokri ensured that every guest was well looked after. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere created by the bar staff by the poolside, especially Malik and Katiz. the comfortable sitting area by reception was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax after exploring the charming Medina nearby.
