The hotel is in a great area with a fantastic view of the harbor. It is also very close to the ferry to Post Angeles and within walking distance to everything in the downtown core area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast at the Aura restaurant was delicious and there were coffee and tea available all day.

Location: Right on the boardwalk to the harbour, this hotel is in a great area with a fantastic view. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist us.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The view of the harbor was breathtaking, and we loved watching the water activity from our balcony. The location was exceptional, as we were within walking distance of key sites and activities. It was also very convenient to have the water taxis and Victoria Clipper dock nearby. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Valia at the front desk and the restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Transportation was a breeze, with the hotel being right on the boardwalk to the harbor and close to both the ferry to Port Angeles and the Blackball ferry. this hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable experience with amazing views and convenient access to everything.

Right on the boardwalk to the harbor, the hotel had a fantastic view of the harbor from the room. The location in this city of Victoria was in a great area, and it was just a few minutes' walk from the heart of the city. The hotel had all the facilities advertised and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was well within walking distance of the downtown area and close to the Blackball ferry. The view of the harbor was outstanding and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and assisting us with parking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a pool that we enjoyed. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds ensured that we had a great night's sleep.
