I loved the amazing location of the hotel, as it was close to downtown and the Bayside Market Place, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mario, the luggage attendant, who went above and beyond. The room was always clean, and I enjoyed the cozy bed and fantastic breakfast options every morning.
