I had an incredible experience at the hotel, thanks to the cleanliness and outstanding service from the Ladies in Red, especially Dorra and Bayan, who provided us with a complimentary room upgrade and a late checkout without hesitation. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the hotel facilities, such as the pool, were perfect for relaxation.
