I loved the convenience of the hotel being right on top of a shopping mall, which had plenty of dining options and shops. The cleanliness was impressive, and the room was spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. I was also pleased with the fast Wi-Fi and the welcoming staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. parking was easy with a discounted rate, and access to public transportation was excellent.

I loved the hotel's location right above a shopping mall and near the tram station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering helpful recommendations, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. The room was spacious for Japan, complete with all the amenities I needed, and the fast Wi-Fi was a bonus!

We were impressed by the cleanliness and modern facilities of the hotel, as our spacious room was spotless and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location, situated right on top of a shopping mall and just a short walk from the castle, made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
