We enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness and excellent location, as it’s conveniently situated next to a large shopping mall. The staff, including Rita from the front desk and the Executive Lounge lady, were courteous and accommodating. We appreciated the stunning lakeside views in the morning and found the hotel facilities, including the dining options, quite satisfactory.

The cleanliness throughout the property stood out, and our room was neat, providing a comfortable ambiance for our stay. the bar and pool table were nice amenities, perfect for relaxation, although they lacked sufficient staffing.

The facilities were impressive, especially our spacious suite with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff, such as the Executive Lounge lady and the F&B manager, were friendly and tried their best to assist us.
