We loved the hotel's location at the heart of the Alfama district, which was perfect for exploring the charming streets and enjoying nearby attractions. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially Mr Severio, provided warm hospitality while giving great local dining suggestions. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, plus the soundproofing allowed us to relax peacefully despite the vibrant atmosphere outside.
