The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and beautiful parks, allowing us to explore with ease. the staff were exceptionally polite, especially Mateo at reception and Clément at concierge, who made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

We had an incredible experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, directly opposite Harvey Nichols and just a short walk to both Harrods and Hyde Park. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities, including spacious and beautifully designed rooms, truly exceeded our expectations.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the incredible location right next to the Knightsbridge tube stop, which made traveling from Heathrow a breeze. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout my visit, and the breakfast, featuring options from Heston Blumenthal, was a highlight. the hotel facilities, including the spa and gym, were fantastic, promoting a relaxing atmosphere.
