I had an incredible experience at the hotel, thanks to its immaculate cleanliness and impressive facilities. The breakfast options were plentiful, with both buffet and à la carte selections, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, always addressing us by name. I particularly appreciated the entertainment staff, led by Fernando and Mikey, along with Mario, Christian, and DJ Johnny, who made our stay vibrant and entertaining. Their enthusiasm and dedication truly enhanced our vacation experience.

The location was breathtaking, right in front of a stunning beach, and I could hear the soothing sound of waves even with the door closed. Every morning, I loved starting my day with the delightful breakfast, and a warm welcome from Rodolfo, complete with fresh bail and lime margaritas, made my experience even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Adriana and Tania at the Ballenas restaurant took great care of us. Juan made amazing coffees and sandwiches at the Expresso. We enjoyed the beautiful location and facilities, making our visit truly relaxing. this trip made it hard to consider any other resort in the area.
