I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. it was centrally located, making it easy to get around town to all the attractions like the Melbourne Museum and Bourke Street Mall. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
