We loved the friendly staff and great service. The location was perfect, just steps from the JR station, making it easy to explore. We enjoyed the clean rooms and complimentary drinks. Plus, having all basic amenities available was a big plus.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as its location right in front of the Ichikawa station made transportation incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke fluent English, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness was impressive, and with complete amenities including free drinks and toiletries, I felt right at home.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and fantastic staff. The free drinks were a nice touch, too. The location, right in front of the train station, made traveling easy. It was just two stops to Disneyland.
