We loved the cozy, comfortable rooms that felt more like a favorite aunt's guest room than a hotel. The hotel had a beautiful garden outlook and lovely grounds. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the subway into the city and shops and restaurants in the Kingsway area. The staff were wonderful, always helpful and kind. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The suite they upgraded us to was a lovely surprise, and the personalized card and chocolates for our anniversary were a thoughtful touch. The grounds and interior were beautiful, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The high tea we had was delicious and memorable, and the in-room dinner was top-notch. This hotel really made our anniversary peaceful and romantic.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even helped me find a nearby restaurant when I arrived late and the hotel's restaurant was closed. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious and filling, and the hotel's location near the Humber Valley provided beautiful natural surroundings. this hotel is highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic getaway.
