I found the hotel beautifully clean, with lovely cabanas on the beach that enhanced the experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, making our stay pleasant, especially my wonderful butler who catered to our needs. The Palazzo restaurant stood out as the best dining option, while hotel facilities, including the pool area, were well maintained.
