I had an incredible experience at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right across from amazing attractions, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. I also loved the cleanliness and stylish décor, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was exceptional, and the bed was super comfy. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Te Papa museum and right by the waterfront. I enjoyed watching the ships come in from my balcony while also being close to great bars and restaurants. The art throughout the hotel added a quirky charm.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the CBD and all the Harbour attractions, including fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and I especially loved enjoying pre-dinner cocktails at the nearby hippo bar.
