We had a fantastic stay with helpful staff who collaborated well. The hotel is conveniently located close to the falls and many shops and restaurants. The cleanliness and facilities were satisfactory, and we had no issues with parking or transportation. The hotel's location to Clifton Hill and the casinos is ideal, especially considering the affordable rates compared to other similar hotels in the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was sufficient, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying the updated and clean rooms. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was only a 5-minute walk to games and activities, and a quick 15-minute walk to the falls. We made the most of our time in this city by using the Adventure and Fun passes, which gave us discounted rates on various attractions such as the Ripley's Believe It or Not museum, SkyWheel, Ghost Blaster ride, FX Theater ride-Journey to the Center of the Earth, Lego City. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
