I had a great experience at this hotel, as it was very close to the Key Bank Center, making it perfect for attending events. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. the facility was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Parking was also convenient, making it easy to come and go.
