The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry for a day trip to Vancouver Island and a variety of delicious restaurants within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially during a check-in issue, making our experience enjoyable despite the circumstances.

the location was incredible, as it was conveniently close to the ferry and within walking distance to vibrant restaurants and shops. The room I was upgraded to had a spectacular harbor view and was exceptionally clean, featuring a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location since it was within easy walking distance to the waterfront, downtown, and several dining options. The cleanliness was impressive, and I enjoyed having multiple room facilities, including a microwave and fridge, which added to my comfort.

Having a private balcony to watch otters was such a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was commendable, and the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to accommodate me when I needed an early check-in for my online class. Plus, the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a beautiful view, which made dining there a highlight of my trip.
