We loved the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms, which were spotlessly decorated and featured comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of the nature reserve while also providing peaceful surroundings to enjoy the serene forest sounds.

the cleanliness was top-notch, and the big, comfy California king bed made for restful nights. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby national park, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our tours and transportation. The outdoor hot tubs were a fantastic way to unwind after an active day, and we appreciated the quiet ambiance away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any inquiries, while the breakfast was delicious and provided excellent fuel for daily adventures. the transportation options were great, with a free shuttle available to and from the national park.

I loved the cleanliness and well-designed facilities at the hotel, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The location being a short walk to the cloud forest reserve made it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like me. The yoga studio was a great bonus, and the communal spaces, including the bonfire and jacuzzi, offered excellent opportunities to unwind and socialize with others.
