The staff, particularly Zoe at reception, were incredibly kind and made our check-in process smooth. Our room was not just clean but also sound-proofed, which guaranteed us a good night's sleep.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with transportation arrangements. The room had all we needed, including a comfortable bed and a large TV. The location was excellent, with a small night market nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our visit. we appreciated the kind staff, who helped us with train schedules and other inquiries.
