We loved the excellent location, as it was right in downtown, making it super easy to explore all the fantastic restaurants and shops in this city. The staff, especially Jim, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; they even upgraded our room and handled our late-night arrival flawlessly. Our room was spotless, featuring a luxurious soaker tub and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower that felt like pure bliss after a long day.
