I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly helpful during a hiccup with our reservation. The manager's quick actions ensured our room was spotless, and we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions. The bedding was clean and comfortable, which allowed for a good night's rest.
