I loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near multiple MTR stations and plenty of shopping options. The cleanliness was impressive, especially on the newly renovated floor, where everything felt bright and fresh. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated having adapter plugs and umbrellas available for guest use.
