The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of our room exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the valet service since parking can be challenging in the city.

The staff were exceptionally cheerful and attentive, and we appreciated the cleanliness of our spacious room. the daily happy hour with complimentary wine and snacks was a delightful way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as we were just a short walk from Times Square and surrounded by theaters and amazing restaurants in Hell's Kitchen. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room size was impressive for a city hotel; it comfortably fit our family of six with plenty of space. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the lovely touches like all-day snacks and coffee.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff. The location in the Theater District is fantastic, just a short walk to all the theaters and nearby restaurants. It was also great to have easy access to different metro stations. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for starting my day.
