It’s just a 5-minute walk to Powell Street for cable cars and buses. The hotel felt very safe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the charming 1920s style that was updated without losing its character.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, appreciating its prime location near plenty of shopping, dining options, and the BART station. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we found the cleanliness and modern amenities in the renovated bathrooms quite impressive. the comfortable beds and excellent blackout curtains made for restful nights, while the nearby transportation options were a bonus for exploring the area.

I had a great experience at the hotel thanks to its prime location, just a short walk from the convention center, making my conference attendance seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, highlighting exceptional service, especially from Brian at the front desk. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Plus, having parking available right underneath the hotel was very convenient, even if it was a bit pricey.
