The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel even after check-out, which was very convenient. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore downtown and visit attractions such as the Royal Alex theatre, CN Tower, and Rogers Centre. The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, with coffee and toast available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the entertainment district. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in downtown and within walking distance to everywhere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the fact that we could hear the soothing sound of jazz music in our room, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast, although simple with just tea, coffee, and toast, was exactly what we needed to start our day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of everything. The location was central to downtown and right in the heart of everything. It was close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly, greeting us by name and providing extra pillows and blankets. The hotel facilities were basic but clean, like a hostel or a college dorm. The bed was comfortable with four great pillows. the cleanliness and the convenient location were the best aspects of our stay.
