Stunning lake view from our room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. Plenty of activities and attractions nearby, such as the CN Tower and baseball games. Wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes. Impressive reception area. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities. Easy access to transportation options. Excellent breakfast options, including a delicious fruit and yogurt parfait. Attentive and friendly staff at the lobby lounge. Handy proximity to waterfront activities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Mohammad and his team, were so friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and other activities on the 5th floor, perfect for our kids to enjoy. The location was fantastic, so close to downtown and next to the ferry boat docks to the islands. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic.

The views from the hotel were also great, overlooking the islands. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
