I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, particularly with the attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect, even contacting me regarding a room change before my arrival. The location was fantastic, right in the city center and close to local markets. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the overall facilities.

it felt like a peaceful escape. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the staff went above and beyond, eagerly preparing eggs to my liking. the location was perfect, allowing easy access to the nearby cable car station, beach promenade, and local markets. I also appreciated the cleanliness and attentiveness of the housekeeping team, especially the lovely lady on the fourth floor who made my experience even better.
