I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was exceptional, especially Shizuki, who made my birthday memorable. The breakfast and dinner were kaiseki style with 20 beautifully arranged dishes. The onsen was fantastic, and the view from my room was stunning, especially at sunrise. The shuttle service to the train station was convenient for visiting local attractions.
