The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Harun, who arranged excellent tours to local attractions like Akdamar Island and the upside-down house. The breakfast selection was fresh and tasty, featuring classic Turkish fare. the location was ideal, providing easy access to grocery shops, restaurants, and transportation.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel; the location was ideal, nestled in the bazaar yet quiet at night, which was great for restful sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us organize tours and onward travel, including a fantastic local tour at a great price. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we loved the spacious family suite with comfortable beds and good shower pressure.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and they spoke multiple languages fluently. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right near the city center. I especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast each morning and the free tea in the communal area.
