I had an amazing experience at this hotel; the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness throughout was impressive, and I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant overlooking the city and River Suir. I enjoyed a superb meal and a delightful breakfast each morning, and the leisure center facilities were fantastic and well-maintained.

We loved the location of the hotel. It's close to the riverfront and shops, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, especially in arranging a surprise birthday cake, which made our celebration truly special. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.
