I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location right at the top of Clifton Hill, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience while my room was spacious and well-equipped, which added to the overall comfort.
