Nestled in a shopping area surrounded by a garden and a lake.
Modern and updated units on ground level available with a mini refrigerator, a separate toilet and a mini fridge.
Bathrooms with nice toiletries and a tub.
Good breakfast included.
Restaurant that offers excellent local cuisine.
Great Irish bar.
Top-notch service; amenities are beautiful.
Rates are excellent.

Past guests mentioned Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location was perfect, with easy access to wineries, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and the outlet mall just across the street. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel also offered convenient parking and transportation options.

For wine country exploring, shopping, and helpful staff, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily visit the nearby wineries and the outlet mall. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding - friendly, always with a smile, and truly made our experience the best ever. The facilities were world-class, and we especially enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities. The location was central and allowed us to easily drive to all the places we wanted to see, including shopping and various activities. The staff, from Andre's and Philip at the front desk to Carlos and Dave of Sunhil, were all incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
