I had a lovely stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable and the spacious rooms allowed for easy unpacking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist, even offering to show us the Japanese-style rooms. the onsen provided a warm and relaxing experience, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the lobby, especially by the fireplace, where I enjoyed chatting with other guests.
