We loved the location of the hotel. It's right next to a subway exit and just a short walk to Dotonbori. The staff were very professional and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the free juice in the lobby and the laundry facilities were a nice bonus.
