I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offered an impressive variety of fresh Japanese, Chinese, and Western dishes. The hotel facilities are fantastic, especially the traditional hot springs, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location near the lake and Ainu Village made exploring easy and enjoyable.
