The staff went above and beyond; they were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast offered an impressive variety of delicious options. The facilities, especially the spa, were excellent, making my getaway even more enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting us with refreshing drinks upon arrival. Our room was not only spotless but also offered breathtaking views of the illuminated Hohenschwangau castle at night. the spa facilities were a fantastic way to relax after a day of exploring.
