We loved the stunning view of the volcano from our comfortable room, which had spacious decks and cozy queen beds. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the thermal pools and well-maintained gardens, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome during our stay. the breakfast selection was delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy our cravings.

The location was ideal, with quick access to nearby attractions like hanging bridges and waterfalls, and on day three, the volcano finally revealed itself, making for some stunning views.
