We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations for local dishes like duck on pumpkin and stir-fried chicken. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We loved the rooftop bar and the view it offered. Transportation options to places like Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Trang An were convenient.
