We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, conveniently close to the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake, as well as the nearby Water Puppet Theatre and numerous cafes and restaurants. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast selection was superb, offering high-quality items that made our mornings delightful. the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help us with our needs.
