The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries I had throughout my stay. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated having consistent hot water and reliable heating, which made my experience much more pleasant.

The location was perfect, being very close to Nanlouguxiang and various subway stations, which made exploring the area super convenient.
