The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the excellent breakfast spread each morning. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fabulous hot spring tub in our room that added a luxurious touch to our experience.

I loved the hotel's location, as it's just a short walk from the subway and close to several restaurants and shops. The facilities were impressive, especially the clean public bath area, which had a variety of hot springs to choose from. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary treats and bottled water in my room.
